Michael Gremillion
Michael Gremillion writes for men and women who are done with vague spiritual sentiment and ready to live under the binding authority of Jesus Christ.
His work rests on one conviction: Christ is not waiting to reign. He is reigning now, seated at the Father’s right hand (Psalm 110:1). That reign is not merely a doctrine to admire but a reality that demands obedience, shaping the home, the church, and every sphere of life.
His books move from foundation to practice. The Forgotten Psalm recovers the reigning Christ of Psalm 110, the Old Testament passage quoted more than any other in the New Testament. Men of the King puts that reign to work in the daily disciplines of a man’s life: holiness, courage, discipline, endurance, and faithful leadership.
His forthcoming book, In the Midst: Finding God’s Presence in the Midst of Trial, turns to another deeply pastoral question: how do believers remain faithful when the trial is not over yet? Tracing the presence of God through Scripture, the book calls Christians to recognize that God is not absent in the wilderness, the pressure, or the waiting. He is present, sovereign, and at work in the midst of it.
Michael is a husband, father, and grandfather and serves as pastor of Fairfield Baptist Church in Dry Prong, Louisiana. His writing grows out of pastoral ministry, biblical teaching, and a conviction that theology is meant to be lived, not merely discussed.
